Warranty

All Pakuma bags come with a lifetime warranty.

We make sure that each and every bag is made to the highest possible manufacturing standards and rigorous, stitch-by-stitch quality control so that your Pakuma™ bag is made to last. But we cannot make sure that life is perfect as we all know it can sometimes be unpredictable.

So if there is a defect with the material or workmanship of your Pakuma™ bag, we will be happy to replace it for you. If your bag is damaged in the course of life's journey due to normal wear and tear you may not be covered under our warranty.

In the first instance contact the retailer or reseller you purchased it from for a replacement. For any international warranty issues please contact the distributor nearest to you.

We do not undertake any bag repairs, only replacements that come under our warranty.
